Visit from National Chef Timur Kocabıçak to MİTSO
Chef Erdoğan Atabey, Chef Özcan Özgür, and Muğla Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Association President, who also holds the title of National Chef, Mr. Timur Kocabıçak, visited Milas Chamber of Commerce and Industry Chairman of the Board Mr. Reşit Özer in his office.
During the visit, evaluations were made on the gastronomic potential of the regional cuisine, especially olives and olive oil, which are important agricultural values of Milas.
The main agenda of the visit was the 11th Olive Harvest Festival planned to be held this year. In the meeting, cooperation issues that could be done to develop gastronomy-themed events within the scope of the festival, increase the promotion of local products, and deliver Milas cuisine to wider audiences were discussed.
President Reşit Özer expressed his satisfaction with the visit and stated that they are ready to support any work to be done for the promotion of Milas' geographically indicated products and culinary culture.
