4. Association's charter or articles of association (Notarized)
5. Resolution of the authorized board regarding the last election or appointment confirming that the term of office of the body that decided to open the enterprise has not expired
6. Letter of Undertaking
7. If old ID, signature declaration prepared at Trade Registry

CLOSURE DOCUMENTS FOR ASSOCIATION ECONOMIC ENTERPRISE

1. Petition (Signed and sealed by Enterprise Representative)
2. Authorized board decision regarding closure of the enterprise
