Dear Members and Strategic Partners

Our institution has completed its Strategic Plan studies, which serve as a guide for the III. Strategic Management Period (2022-2025), and has determined its fundamental strategic objectives to be achieved during the four-year period.

During the strategic planning process, the opinions of our members, assembly members who hold responsibility in chamber management, professional committees, our staff, and strategic partners with whom we will collaborate on common projects to achieve the determined objectives were gathered and evaluated.

During the Strategic Planning process, we aimed to determine the needs and expectations of our stakeholders as institutional objectives by taking into account the opinions of our stakeholders, and to use institutional resources in a planned, effective, and efficient manner to meet the needs and expectations of our stakeholders.

On behalf of our institution, I would like to thank all members and stakeholders who contributed to the Strategic Planning study of our Chamber, which is important for the economic development of our district, by expressing their opinions.

The Plan has determined achieving the objectives it has committed to as a priority and important task. It will play an effective role in the economic development of our region by meeting the needs and expectations of all actors in our district's business world, especially our members and strategic partners.

In the III. Strategic Management Period, we will use all resources and energy of our institution to achieve our strategic objectives.
