Chamber Registry and Transactions Unit

CHAMBER REGISTRY AND TRANSACTIONS UNIT

Our Chamber Registry and Transactions Unit carries out services for registering our members to the chamber, arranging registry files, processing amendments and issuing official documents regarding membership status within the framework of Law No. 5174 on the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey and related regulations.

You can obtain the forms and petitions appropriate to your enterprise's legal status (Natural Person / Legal Entity) below and apply to our unit after filling them in.


1. NATURAL PERSON (SOLE PROPRIETORSHIP) TRANSACTIONS

Documents required for initial registration, address/trade name change and cancellation of registration of sole proprietorships are listed below.

  • Natural Person Chamber Registration Application Petition:
    Application petition that must be filled in and signed by the business owner during initial registration of sole proprietorship to the chamber.
  • Chamber Registration Declaration for Natural Persons:
    Declaration form containing detailed information such as member's identity, contact, capital and educational status which forms the basis of registry file.
  • Natural Person Amendment Notification Petition:
    Petition to be used when there is a change in registry information such as address, trade name or business subject of sole proprietorships registered with our Chamber.
  • Natural Person Chamber Departure (Closure) Petition:
    Petition that sole proprietorships that have ended their commercial activities or closed their tax registration must submit for cancellation of their chamber registration.

2. LEGAL ENTITY (COMPANY) TRANSACTIONS

The following forms are used for transactions of legal entities such as Limited Liability Company, Joint Stock Company, Cooperative, etc. at the chamber.

  • Legal Entity Application and Transaction Petition:
    Standard application form prepared for multi-purpose transactions such as Registration, Share Transfer, Headquarters Transfer, Branch Registration, Authority Certificate request, General Assembly registration of our legal entity members. The type of transaction to be made should be marked on the petition.
  • Chamber Registration Declaration for Legal Entities:
    Form declaring company's partnership structure, capital distribution, representatives and contact information, mandatory at initial registration stage.

3. CLASSIFICATION AND NACE TRANSACTIONS

The business activities of our members must be determined in accordance with the Statistical Classification of Economic Activities in the European Community (NACE Rev.2).

  • NACE Main Activity and Professional Group Update Form:
    If the company's main business activity has changed or the existing NACE code is not suitable for the work performed; this form must be applied for assignment to the correct professional group.

Fill in the downloaded documents on computer or legibly by hand. All forms must be signed and sealed by the authorized person. Incompletely filled forms will not be processed.
