Pursuant to Article 22 of Highway Traffic Law No. 2918 and related regulations; registration of construction equipment used in industry, public works and other works, except those used in agricultural sector, is carried out by Chambers of Commerce and Industry of which they are members.
Registration is mandatory to document ownership of your construction equipment, to safely carry out purchase-sale and pledge transactions, and to complete traffic registration (license plate) procedures.
Documents showing technical specifications of the vehicle and ownership proofs must be submitted completely for registration certificate to be issued. In second-hand sales, notarized sales contract, and for new vehicles, invoice and technical compliance certificate are essential.

Official application petition that must be signed by company authorized person to initiate registration process. - Construction Equipment Technical Document:
Form declaring vehicle type, brand, engine/chassis numbers, weight and other technical specifications. (Will be checked by Chamber expert.)
