CAPACITY REPORT PREPARATION REQUEST FORM
You can access the application form required to initiate the process of determining and reporting your enterprise's production capacity below.
⚠️ Points to Consider When Filling:
- Fill in the form on computer or with legible handwriting.
- Table No. 1: Enter the technical specifications (brand, model, serial no, etc.) of machinery and equipment owned by your enterprise in this section completely.
- Authorized Signature: The last page of the form must be signed by a person authorized to represent the company and company seal must be affixed.
Submit the prepared form together with other required supplementary documents (Signature circular, receipt, title deed/lease contract, etc.) to our Chamber's Industry Unit.
