Istanbul People from Muğla Association President Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nimet Velioğlu and Abdullah Kırbaş visited Milas Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MİTSO) Chairman of the Board Reşit Özer in his office.

During the visit, views were exchanged on cooperation opportunities that could be established between Istanbul and Milas. In particular, strengthening cultural ties, promotion of Milas, and joint work that can be done in the fields of trade and tourism were discussed.

MİTSO Chairman of the Board Reşit Özer expressed his satisfaction with the visit and stated that they are ready for collaborations to promote Milas' values more on a national scale.

Association President Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nimet Velioğlu stated that as people from Muğla living in Istanbul, they care about keeping their ties with their hometown strong and said that they would be happy to carry out joint work to reach Milas' economic and cultural riches to wider audiences.
