4 Mevsim Börek Evi master Muhammet Ölmez explained the preparation process of Milas Tray Pastry in detail. He stated that this pastry, with EU Geographically indicated Milas Olive Oil placed between the thinly rolled dough, 7-8 kinds of herbs added, and its cooking technique, is among the indispensable tastes of Milas cuisine. It was emphasized that the pastry, made with traditional methods, takes its flavor from completely natural ingredients and skillfully kneaded dough.
