Reşit Özer Attended the 30th Anniversary Event of the Romania-Turkey Chamber of Commerce and Industry
Romania's capital Bucharest hosted a historic night organized for the 17th GAP Oscar Awards, the 30th anniversary of the Romania-Turkey Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and the 102nd anniversary of our Republic.
Important names such as the Republic of Turkey Minister of Trade Prof. Dr. Ömer Bolat, AK Party Deputy Chairman Prof. Dr. Kürşat Zorlu, two former presidents, a prime minister, and the speaker of the parliament from Romania attended the event organized in cooperation with the Romania-Turkey Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the GAP Journalists Association.
Milas Chamber of Commerce and Industry Chairman of the Board Reşit Özer also attended the night as a guest. Within the scope of the program, a plaque was presented to President Özer for his contributions to the development of economic relations between the two countries.
During the event, a bilateral cooperation protocol was also signed between the Milas Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MİTSO) and the Romania-Turkey Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The protocol aims to strengthen commercial relations between the two countries, increase mutual investment opportunities, and bring together business world representatives.
Within the framework of the Bucharest program, President Reşit Özer also visited the Atatürk statue erected in Bucharest.
Speaking at the event, President Reşit Özer said, "As Milas, we are working to contribute to the Turkish economy in both production and export. Such international meetings are of great importance for the development of commercial relations."
