In order to prevent certificate holders from experiencing victimization, it is emphasized that the phrase "For certificate holders whose certificate validity expiration date is between October 1, 2023 - October 1, 2024, the certificate renewal application period starts six months before the expiration date of the certificate and ends six months after the expiration date of the certificate." has been added to the relevant Procedures and Principles; however, for people whose certificate validity date is October 2, 2024 and later, certificate renewal procedures cannot be performed after the certificate validity date in any way. At this point, it is important that vocational qualification certificate renewal applications and procedures are completed before October 02, 2024.
