In the letter sent by the Ministry of Trade General Directorate of Tradesmen, Craftsmen and Cooperatives, all studies carried out within the scope of Turkey's membership to the International Olive Council (IOC) are carried out by the Delegation Presidency and General Directorate of Domestic Coordination Duties. IOC has made a grant call for olive and olive oil domestic promotion and event within the scope of the 2025 program; it has been reported that grants can only be applied in 2025 within the framework of the activities of the project to be carried out. Within the scope of the grant; seminar, trade fair, symposium and workshop organizations, information stands in food and nutrition fairs, production of promotional materials (brochure, CD, book etc.), participation of international experts in planned activities, national olive oil competitions can be organized. According to Article 101 of the IOC Financial Regulation, the grant to be provided by the IOC will not exceed 50% of the activity expense to be made.
