Milas Chamber of Commerce and Industry Chairman of the Board and TOBB Foreign Relations Commission Member Reşit Özer also attended the Turkey – TRNC Chamber of Commerce Forum Economy Conference held in Nicosia in cooperation with the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) and the Cyprus Turkish Chamber of Commerce.

At the conference attended by Vice President Cevdet Yılmaz, TRNC President Ersin Tatar, TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, and many business people, issues such as increasing bilateral trade and investments between Turkey and TRNC, strengthening the TRNC economy at the international level, and developing regional cooperation were discussed.

TOBB President Hisarcıklıoğlu stated that they made a landing in the TRNC with 150 business people and emphasized that their support for projects that will contribute to the economic development of the TRNC will continue.

During the conference, Reşit Özer made contacts with business world representatives from the TRNC and other Turkish states and held talks on collaborations that will contribute to the Milas and regional economy.
