Milas Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MİTSO) member companies once again demonstrated Milas' production and export strength with their achievements in exports from the Aegean Region.

According to 2025 data from the Aegean Exporters' Associations (EIB), our member company Kılıç Deniz Ürünleri Üretimi İhracat İthalat ve Ticaret A.Ş. became the second largest exporter in the Aegean Region, regardless of sector. The company also achieved significant success by maintaining its leadership in the Aquatic Products and Animal Products sector.

MİTSO Members Among the Stars of Export

Within the scope of the "2025 Stars of Export Awards Ceremony" organized by the Aegean Exporters' Associations, MİTSO members were among the companies that received awards in the Aegean Aquatic Products and Animal Products Exporters' Association category.

The MİTSO member companies that were deemed worthy of the award are as follows:

• Kılıç Marine Products Production, Export, Import, and Trade Inc.
• Gümüşdoğa Aquatic Products Production Export and Import Inc.
• Noordzee Aquatic Products Export Industry and Trade Inc.

These companies successfully represented Turkey in international markets with their significant contributions to the Aegean Region's exports in the aquatic products and animal products sector.

Chairman Özer: "Milas is becoming a strong center for exports"

Reşit Özer, Chairman of the Milas Chamber of Commerce and Industry Board of Directors, stated that these achievements are of great importance for Milas and made the following assessment:

"The fact that our member companies rank among the top exporters in the Aegean Region clearly demonstrates Milas' production power and export potential. These achievements, particularly in the aquatic products sector, make a significant contribution to our district's economy and the country's exports.
