At an awards ceremony held as part of the General Assembly of the Aegean Seafood and Animal Products Exporters’ Association, organized by the Aegean Exporters’ Associations, companies that stood out for their export performance in 2025 were honored.

At the ceremony, prominent companies that are members of the Milas Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MİTSO) were among those ranked at the top for their contributions to exports in the seafood sector.

The list included
Kılıç Deniz Products Inc.,
Gümüşdoğa Aquaculture Inc.,
Noordzee Aquaculture Inc.,
Sürsan Aquaculture Inc., and
Defne Aquaculture Inc.,
which achieved significant success by ranking among the sector’s most successful companies through their outstanding performance.

These companies operating in the seafood sector contribute significantly to the Turkish economy through their production capacities, high-quality standards, sustainable production practices, and strong export networks, while also successfully representing Milas on national and international platforms.

MİTSO Board of Directors Chairman Reşit Özer made the following statement regarding the matter:

The fact that the Aegean Region holds a significant share in Turkey’s overall seafood exports and that the sector continues to grow year after year not only highlights the competitive strength and production quality of companies in the region but also underscores the contribution of MİTSO member firms to this success.
