The panel was attended by Reşit Özer, Chairman of the Milas Chamber of Commerce and Industry Board of Directors, and Mustafa Yüksel, Chairman of the Assembly. Reşit Özer, who delivered the opening speech, drew attention to Milas' strong potential in olive and olive oil production, stating that supporting producers with knowledge is of great importance in terms of quality improvement and sustainable production. Özer emphasized that MİTSO will continue to support training and awareness-raising activities for producers.

The panel covered project introduction, distribution of existing olive varieties in the region and correct variety selection, plant nutrition and fertilization practices before the new production season, correct harvesting and pressing methods for quality olive and olive oil production, olive oil tasting, and rational agricultural control methods in olive production. Presentations by expert academics and engineers provided producers with practical information.

The panel, which concluded with a question-and-answer and evaluation session, contributed to improving the quality of olive and olive oil production in Milas, strengthening producer awareness, and developing inter-institutional cooperation.
