İETTS and TTBS Vocational Qualification Certificate Procedures
Dear member, in the letter sent to our Chamber from Muğla Governorship Provincial Directorate of Trade; It has been shared that business officials operating in the field of Real Estate Trade and Second Hand Motor Land Vehicle Trade and whose vocational qualification certificate validity period has expired must update their certificates until 15/11/2024, otherwise their Authorization Certificates will be cancelled.
Regulation on Trade of Motor Land Vehicles;
In the first paragraph of Article 5 titled "Authorization certificate", second hand motor land vehicle marketing or sales cannot be made within the scope of commercial activity without an authorization certificate,
In paragraph (e) of the first paragraph of Article 6 titled "Conditions sought for issuing authorization certificate", the sales officer applying for authorization certificate must have a Level 5 vocational qualification certificate,
In paragraph (b) of the first paragraph of Article 9 titled "Cancellation of authorization certificate", the authorization certificate will be cancelled if it is determined by the Ministry that any of the conditions specified in Article 6 are not met,
In the first paragraph of Article 10 titled "Vocational qualification certificate", motor land vehicles sales officers must have Level 5, … vocational qualification certificate,

On the other hand, Regulation on Real Estate Trade;
In the first paragraph of Article 5 titled "Authorization certificate", real estate trade will be carried out by businesses and contracted businesses holding authorization certificate,
In paragraph (ç) of the first paragraph of Article 6 titled "Conditions sought for issuing authorization certificate", at least one of the responsible real estate consultants must have a Level 5 vocational qualification certificate in order for the business to be issued an authorization certificate,
