Ekinanbarı Neighborhood, Adding Color to the Festival with Geographically Indicated Dishes, at MİTSO
Ekinanbarı Neighborhood Headman Barış Ülkü, following their participation in the cooking contest at the Milas Olive Harvest Festival as Ekinanbarı Neighborhood, visited MİTSO Chairman of the Board Reşit Özer.
6 geographically indicated dishes unique to Milas prepared by the neighborhood residents within the scope of the festival made a significant contribution to the contest. The dishes made in the contest were:
- Milas Sour Meatballs (Milas Ekşili Köfte)
- Milas Vekilharcı
- Milas Meatballs (Milas Köftesi)
- Milas Liver Roasting (Milas Ciğer Kavurması)
- Milas Blood Roasting (Milas Kanlı Kavurması)
- Milas Pastry (Milas Böreği)
President Reşit Özer thanked the participants who carried geographically indicated Milas flavors to the contest and presented a quarter gold coin.
