Ekinanbarı Neighborhood Headman Barış Ülkü, following their participation in the cooking contest at the Milas Olive Harvest Festival as Ekinanbarı Neighborhood, visited MİTSO Chairman of the Board Reşit Özer.

6 geographically indicated dishes unique to Milas prepared by the neighborhood residents within the scope of the festival made a significant contribution to the contest. The dishes made in the contest were:

• Milas Sour Meatballs (Milas Ekşili Köfte)
• Milas Vekilharcı
• Milas Meatballs (Milas Köftesi)
• Milas Liver Roasting (Milas Ciğer Kavurması)
• Milas Blood Roasting (Milas Kanlı Kavurması)
• Milas Pastry (Milas Böreği)

President Reşit Özer thanked the participants who carried geographically indicated Milas flavors to the contest and presented a quarter gold coin.
