The Director of the Denizli European Union Business Development Center (DENİZLİ ABİGEM), Sıdıka Arıkan, and Business Development Specialist İrem Kırlı visited Reşit Özer, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Milas Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MİTSO), at his office.

During the visit, new projects and opportunities for cooperation aimed at increasing the competitiveness of businesses in Milas and the surrounding area were discussed. In particular, they focused on possible joint work on EU-supported projects, consulting and training activities for SMEs, strengthening the entrepreneurial ecosystem, and green transformation and digitalization.

Providing information about the activities carried out and services offered by DENİZLİ ABİGEM during the visit, Director Sıdıka Arıkan stated that they attach great importance to cooperation with chambers and stock exchanges in projects that will contribute to regional development. Arıkan noted that Milas's production potential and SME structure offer significant opportunities in terms of national and international projects.

MİTSO Board Chairman Reşit Özer expressed his satisfaction with the visit and emphasized the great importance of businesses in Milas becoming more involved in project culture. Chairman Özer said, "We consider collaborations with experienced institutions such as ABİGEM to be very valuable in terms of our members' access to financing, the development of their institutional capacities, and their entry into international markets. We aim to strengthen this collaboration with concrete projects in the coming period."

At the end of the meeting, messages of mutual goodwill and cooperation were conveyed regarding training programs for members, support mechanisms for project writing and implementation processes, and joint project applications. The visit concluded with a commemorative photo taken to mark the occasion.
