In the letter received from the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey, referring to the letter transmitted to our Union from the Presidency of the Financial Crimes Investigation Board of the Ministry of Treasury and Finance, it has been requested to announce the information letter prepared for the purpose of increasing the compliance and awareness of the obliged institutions and organizations regarding the obligations within the framework of Law No. 5549 and other relevant legislation.
