MİTSO Has Launched the Era of Artificial Intelligence in Exports
The Milas Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MİTSO) has begun implementing its "Artificial Intelligence for Foreign Trade" project, launched to enhance its members' export capacity and support digital transformation processes. The project is supported under the South Aegean Development Agency (GEKA) 2025 Technical Support Program.
MİTSO Board of Directors Chairman Reşit Özer noted that Milas possesses strong export sectors such as olive oil, seafood, and marble, and stated that the goal is to help companies become more effective and competitive in international markets through AI-supported applications.
As part of the project, informational meetings are being held for MİTSO members, while one-on-one mentoring and fieldwork with selected pilot companies have also begun. The outcomes of the project, which provides technical consulting support, will guide the digitalization and foreign trade services that MİTSO will offer to its members.
Through this project, MİTSO aims to strengthen the export processes of businesses in Milas and enhance the district’s competitive strength in international trade.
