In accordance with the letter sent to our Chamber by the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB), information has been provided regarding the Minimum Wage Support implemented by İŞKUR.

Accordingly, information has been provided regarding the processes related to the refund of support amounts offset against premium debts owed to the Social Security Institution under the Minimum Wage Support, which has been financed by the Unemployment Insurance Fund since 2018 and is available to employers who meet certain conditions.

Additionally, it was stated that amounts deducted from entitlements in tenders conducted by public institutions and organizations and deposited into escrow accounts must be transferred to the bank accounts of the Provincial Directorates of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security to ensure the swift and orderly execution of the refund processes.
