Agriculture and Rural Development Support Institution 2021-2027 IPARD Program (IPARD III Period) SECOND APPLICATION CALL ANNOUNCEMENT Agriculture and Rural Development Support Institution (TKDK), the relevant institution of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, issued the Second Application Call Announcement on June 28, 2024. This call for application acceptance is related to applications to be made to receive support by businesses wishing to invest within the scope of the IPARD Program 2021-2027 period. SOURCE OF THE PROGRAM The source of the financial support to be provided to beneficiaries in return for eligible expenditures is the IPARD Program Fund created from the co-financing of the European Union and the Republic of Turkey. This support is called "public contribution". The said public contribution will be used as non-refundable for investments realized within the framework of the program. PROVINCES FOR APPLICATION Project applications can be made from 81 provinces to receive support within the scope of IPARD III Period Second Application Call Announcement. The total support budget of the said call is 80 Million Euros, the support rate is 60-70% and the call will be implemented in 81 Provinces. The sectors to be supported within the scope of the Second Application Call period are summarized below. Under the M7 (302) - "Diversification of Farm Activities and Business Development Measure"; Diversification of Plant Production, Processing and Packaging of Plant Products (In this call period, only indoor plant production, processing and packaging projects are within the scope of support.) In the greenhouse; production of ornamental plants and flower bulbs, production of medicinal and aromatic plants, seedling-sapling production, investments for processing and packaging of these products, mushroom and mycelium production, vermicompost production are supported.
