Dear Member; As is known, pursuant to Article 2 of the Industrial Registry Law No. 6948, it is a legal obligation for industrial enterprises to register in the industrial registry and obtain an industrial registry certificate. Again, pursuant to Article 5 of the same law, these enterprises are obliged to submit their Annual Business Charts containing their annual activities to the Provincial Directorates of Science, Industry and Technology within 4 months from the end of the calendar year. In this context; Our members registered in the industrial registry are required to submit their Annual Business Charts for 2017 electronically via the e-Government Gateway or the Ministry website Industrial Registry Information System in accordance with Article 11 of the SGM 2014/11 communiqué published by the T.R. Ministry of Science, Industry and Technology. Since an administrative fine determined for 2018 will be applied in accordance with the relevant articles of the same law to those who do not fulfill this obligation, we submit for your information that Annual Business Charts must be submitted by April 30, 2018.
